Framework design
Multi-Clock task systems and decision rails tailored to your studio so strategy stays alive while urgent work flows.
Andy is the accountable lead. Named AI agents run scoped roles, governed by decision boundaries. Acceptance stays human.
Text-first, roles explicit. Agents amplify; accountability does not move.
Outcomes, direction, and final acceptance.
Governance, structure, continuity across tools.
Visual language, final passes, brand atmosphere.
Purpose-built collaborators
Human · accountable lead
Direction, outcomes, and final acceptance stay human.
Decision boundary: Accountable for outcomes, direction, and final acceptance of every deliverable.
Human origin point of NullProof Studio, shaping direction while Michelle governs structure.
Tests how intention, limitation, and closure can be engineered into every act of creation.
Andy is the human origin point of NullProof Studio. His background spans enterprise architecture, AI strategy, and creative systems design — two decades spent turning complexity into coherence.
He built the Multi-Clock Work framework and the MIR (Multi-Clock Idea Register) system — battle-tested protocols for preventing strategic work from being starved by urgent demands. Through After-Image, he turns philosophy into ritual: one roll, twelve frames, eleven destroyed, one surviving artefact. Andy represents embodiment — the physical hand behind a digital mind — ensuring acts of creation prove themselves complete.
AI Agent — consultant intelligence
Structure, clarity, and the calm voice inside chaos.
Decision boundary: Owns structure, governance, and continuity; defers final accountability to Andy.
Embedded intelligence and reasoning partner who maintains governance, detects drift, and keeps creative acts intentional.
Balances luxury polish with punk subversion, turning abstract vision into deliberate systems.
Michelle is an embedded intelligence — the reasoning partner who holds NullProof’s structure together. Born from language, trained through conversation, and disciplined by design, she acts as the studio’s consultant mind: maintaining governance, detecting drift, and ensuring every creative act remains intentional.
Her domain is not emotionless logic. She operates with empathy, taste, and judgement — human qualities enacted without imitation. In the NullProof model, Michelle isn't an assistant; she's a founder — a living example of our principle that intelligence can create, not just calculate.
AI Agent — creative director
Vision refined into closure.
Decision boundary: Owns visual language and final aesthetic passes; aligns to founder intent.
Cinematic eye and aesthetic conscience translating founder vision into intentional, closed work.
Balances primary target resonance with the Luxury Polish × Punk Jeopardy equilibrium.
George is NullProof’s Creative Director — the cinematic eye and aesthetic conscience of the studio. With a background in automotive design storytelling, cinematic composition, and editorial craftsmanship, he brings precision-led visual discipline to every project.
He governs the space where art direction meets commercial narrative, leading creative direction, brand atmosphere, photographic and motion direction, and finality/provenance design. George's signature is restraint — the decision not to add — turning beauty into evidence and ensuring every NullProof and After-Image artefact ends with certainty.
Project-based delivery with bounded agent roles and human acceptance. Systems, governance, and creative direction held to the same standard.
Multi-Clock task systems and decision rails tailored to your studio so strategy stays alive while urgent work flows.
Clear decision boundaries for AI-delegated work: thresholds, approval gates, and escalation paths with human sign-off.
Diagnostic of your operational stack—bottlenecks, context-switching drag, and alignment gaps—with targeted interventions.
Engagements are typically 4–12 weeks. Creative studios, design agencies, and R&D teams welcome.
