NullProof Studio is the trading name of Andrew Woolterton, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

1. About This Document

This page sets out the terms under which you may access and use:

• nullproof.studio — Studio website and Codex documentation
• afterimage.art — After-Image photography and commissions
• my.nullproof.studio — Platform preview (when available)

These terms are intentionally minimal. We’re a small studio in active development, not a large enterprise. As our products evolve, so will these terms.

2. Site Status

NullProof Studio is currently in preview and development.

• The Codex contains frameworks and documentation we use internally
• My.NullProofStudio is not yet publicly available
• After-Image commissions are available by inquiry

No purchases can be completed directly through these websites. If we agree a commission or other paid work with you, it will be governed by separate written terms provided at the time of booking.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

All content on these sites — including text, frameworks, diagrams, and documentation — is owned by NullProof Studio unless otherwise stated.

Codex Documentation: The frameworks published in our Codex (Multi-Clock Work, Bandit Scoring, Governance Protocols, etc.) are shared for educational and reference purposes. You may:

• Read and learn from them
• Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page
• Reference them in your own work (with attribution)
• Adapt the concepts for your own internal use

You may not:

• Republish full copies or near-verbatim derivatives without written permission
• Sell or commercially distribute our frameworks without permission
• Remove attribution or authorship information

If you’d like to use our work in ways not covered above, please contact us.

3.2 After-Image Artworks

Photographs, prints, and provenance documentation produced under the After-Image brand are protected by copyright. Reproduction requires written permission from the artist.

3.3 Your Content

If you submit content to us (via email, forms, or other means), you grant us permission to use that content for the purpose it was submitted — for example, responding to your inquiry or considering your feedback.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our sites, please:

• Act in good faith
• Don’t attempt to compromise site security or availability
• Don’t scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content for commercial purposes
• Don’t misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We allow reasonable crawling by standard search engines for indexing. Any automated extraction beyond that requires written permission.

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these principles.

We make no guarantees that:

• The sites will be available without interruption

• The frameworks will produce specific results for your situation

To the extent permitted by law, NullProof Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these sites or reliance on our content.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These references are made for descriptive and informational purposes only. They do not imply:

• Endorsement of NullProof Studio by these companies
• Endorsement of these companies by NullProof Studio
• Any partnership, sponsorship, or formal affiliation
• That our products or services are approved, certified, or validated by these companies

We are an independent studio. We aim to comply with applicable terms of service when using publicly available tools and APIs. Our documentation of how we use these tools reflects our own practices and opinions, not official guidance from the tool providers.
