Engage NullProof Studio

We design governed operating systems for teams that deliver — where speed matters and mistakes are expensive.

Currently led by Insurance & Risk engagements (Signal Intelligence, exposure scoring, claims operations).

Led by Andy Woolterton — two decades in enterprise architecture and AI strategy. Building governed agent systems for insurance and professional services.

Fit check

Is this the right shape of work for you?

Good fit if you need

  • Governed AI assistance embedded in real workflows (not a chat demo or a workflow with a single LLM step)
  • Clear accountability: who approved what, when, and why
  • A system that can survive handover, scrutiny, and operational drift

Not a fit if

  • You want prompt packs or a chatbot
  • You can’t assign an internal owner for decisions and escalation
  • You want speed without governance (we won’t ship that)

Engagements

Three ways we engage

Each engagement compounds. Most teams start with the sprint, then move into governance setup or a build.

FAST · GOVERNED · DECISION-READY

Architecture Sprint

A blueprint you can build from — built around constraints, not optimism.

  • A mapped operating model (humans + agents + trust boundaries)
  • A workflow diagram (events, queues, handoffs, approvals)
  • A governance spec (validation stages, escalation, audit trail)
  • A build plan with milestones, risks, and “definition of done”
Typical duration
3–5 working days
Best for
teams stuck between “pilot” and “production”

If you already have a system, we’ll start by stress-testing it: where it fails, how it lies, how it drifts, and how to instrument it.

TRUST · AUDIT · OPERATIONS

Governance Setup

Make agent work legible, reviewable, and safe to run.

  • Trust boundaries + permissions model for agents and humans
  • Validation pipeline design (evidence, checks, supervisor arbitration)
  • Logging + audit trail requirements (what we capture and why)
  • Incident and escalation playbooks (what happens when it breaks)
  • Metrics that show reliability over time (not vibes)
Typical duration
2–4 weeks
Best for
regulated / reputationally sensitive operations

Often includes TRUST (cryptographic identity for agents and artefacts) and MY. NULLPROOFSTUDIO (accountable lead + multiple agents + full audit trail).

PRODUCTION · ITERATIVE · OWNED

Build & Run

We build and ship the agents, and keep it improving under governance.

  • Implementation of the operating model (agents + integrations + handoffs)
  • An “operating cadence” that keeps the system honest (reviews, metrics, backlog governance)
  • Production hardening: observability, failure modes, retraining/adjustment rules
  • A pathway to expand scope without losing control
Typical duration
6–12 weeks for an initial production deploy
Best for
teams ready to ship, not just explore

Optional components: RADAR Risk Intelligence, EN-QUIRE governed editing, Custom LLM Models.

Positioning

This is not “AI automation.” It’s an operating system.

Many AI projects fail because they ship intelligence without accountability. We build systems designed to make inputs, evidence, decisions, approvals, and escalation legible and auditable — so teams can move faster without giving up accountability.

In practice

What this looks like in deployed work

After-Image · Creative venture

Built a luxury photography brand from zero using NullProof’s own framework — strategy and governance handled by agents so the founder stays client-facing.

Portfolio Exposure Radar · Insurance

Ongoing intelligence for emerging risk: source workflows across regulatory, litigation, scientific, and market signals — scored and escalated under explicit governance.

NullProof Studio · Internal pilot

Internal pilot: one human, governed AI agents, ninety days from zero to production. The studio runs on its own platform.

How it works

How an engagement runs

  1. Discovery call (30 min). Decision owner, operational constraint, and what must be true in 90 days for this to be a win.
  2. Fit memo (typically within a week).. A short written read on whether NullProof is the right fit and what the first buildable step is.
  3. Sprint or setup. Architecture Sprint or Governance Setup — a tight, scoped engagement with a tangible artefact at the end.
  4. Build & run. If the artefact justifies it, we build, ship, and operate the system under explicit governance.

We bias toward small, governed deployments that compound.

FAQ

Common questions

What do you mean by “governed”?
Governed means the system has explicit trust boundaries, validation stages, escalation paths, and an audit trail. Outputs are treated as claims that require evidence and review — not as truth.
Do you build on our stack or yours?
Usually yours. We design the operating model first, then choose the simplest tooling that meets governance and reliability requirements.
Can we start small?
Yes. We prefer it. A small production workflow with governance beats a big pilot with ambiguity.
Will you work under NDA?
Yes. If you require an NDA before details, we’ll sign first.

If you can name the decision owner and the operational constraint, we can usually tell within 30 minutes whether NullProof is the right fit — and what the first buildable step is.
